Build a dumbbell workout plan with the equipment you own
Use this page when dumbbells are your available equipment. The form starts with dumbbells selected and the bench press excluded, so the starting routine does not require a bench. Choose your weekly training days and session length, then generate a routine from the matching exercise library. Add bodyweight or other equipment only if you want those movements included.

A routine constrained by your equipment
Selecting dumbbells does more than change the page label: it filters the exercise candidates in the actual generator. The library includes dumbbell movements such as goblet squats, shoulder presses, rows, and Romanian deadlifts. The starting exclusions omit the bench press; remove that exclusion only if you have a bench. A movement pattern with no matching exercise is skipped; the generator does not silently prescribe a barbell, machine, or pull-up bar. The sample below comes from the same engine and settings as the form.
Choose the schedule before the exercise list
The tool offers two, three, or four full-body training days per week and session limits of 20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Each generated day rotates through available movement patterns and includes its estimated time. These are preset weekly day labels, rather than an appointment calendar. The estimate includes the engine’s set and rest assumptions; it is not a stopwatch reading or a promise that every session will last exactly that long.
What the plan tells you about weights
The result supplies exercise names, sets, repetitions, rest, and short movement instructions. It does not select a dumbbell weight or evaluate whether your available pair is suitable for you. Review the movements and choose loads based on your own ability. If you cannot use a movement, exclude it before generating or swap it for a matching alternative afterward. When no exercises remain available, the form reports the problem instead of returning an invented routine.
When you have less time or equipment today
Keep the weekly plan and request an adjustment for the affected day. An AI proposal is validated against the plan’s equipment and completed entries before you can apply it. Review the changes rather than accepting them automatically. Your latest progress stays in this browser, and optional free sign-in syncs the latest plan across devices. Copying and printing are available without a paid subscription.

What this workout plan generator builds
Choose general fitness, building muscle, or getting stronger; beginner or intermediate level; 2, 3, or 4 training days; and a 20, 30, 45, or 60-minute session limit. Select bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, machines, resistance bands, or kettlebells. The exercise library is filtered by your equipment and exclusions. Patterns without an available exercise are skipped.
The base workout generator uses rules, not an AI call. Your equipment, experience, schedule, and time change the routine; changing the goal alone can leave the initial routine unchanged. Each day lists exercises, sets, reps, rest, instructions, and an estimated duration. You can swap a movement, mark completed entries, copy a day or week, and print your plan.
AI adjustments propose changes to one day. Review the differences before applying, cancel a proposal, or undo the most recent applied change. Completed entries stay protected. Your latest plan saves in this browser; free sign-in enables account sync. Dedicated PDF export and version history are not included. The tool does not assess technique or prescribe weights.
