Privacy Policy

The short version

This is a preview release. You can create and save a workout plan without an account.

What we store

• Your plan and completed sessions are saved in your own browser (local storage) on this device. They are not uploaded to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
• Adjustment requests you send (for example "20 minutes today, no dumbbells") are processed by our AI provider to generate a proposal. We send the current workout day and its constraints — not your profile, because we do not collect one.

What we measure

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and key product events (plan created, adjustment applied, plan reopened). We do not sell personal data, and there are no third-party ad trackers in this preview.
