A beginner workout plan you can inspect before starting
If you are starting a routine, begin with a schedule you can review and edit. This page preselects beginner level, two training days, a 30-minute session limit, and bodyweight movements. Pull-ups are excluded in the starting settings so a pull-up bar is not required. These settings are not a fitness assessment. You can change each choice before generating your week.

What beginner means in this generator
Beginner level gives the rules engine an initial set count of two, compared with three for intermediate. The engine then fits exercises within the session limit and may reduce, omit, or add sets as time permits, up to five per exercise. Beginner does not mean every movement is automatically easy, and the tool does not test your technique or strength. Inspect the actual prescription instead of relying only on the level label.
Read the first two training days
The two-day option uses Monday and Thursday as preset labels, with full-body A and B sessions. Each day shows exercise names, sets, repetitions, rest, and estimated duration. Available movement patterns rotate between days. When the selected equipment has no exercise for a pattern, that pattern is skipped. The sample below uses the same bodyweight settings and engine as your first generated plan.
Make the first plan manageable
You can change the session limit to 20 minutes, select different equipment, or exclude movements before generating. The tool stays within the selected equipment and reports when no exercise is available. A shorter time setting changes the generated prescription; it does not change exercise technique or decide a safe workload for you. Read the movement instructions and review the resulting routine before starting.
Track what you did, then revise a day
Mark individual entries completed so the tool can protect that work during a later adjustment. If today’s schedule changes, request an AI proposal and review the differences before applying it. You can cancel a proposal or undo the most recent applied change. Your latest plan saves in the browser; optional free sign-in syncs that latest plan. The tool does not automatically progress your weights or preserve a history of previous weeks.

What this workout plan generator builds
Choose general fitness, building muscle, or getting stronger; beginner or intermediate level; 2, 3, or 4 training days; and a 20, 30, 45, or 60-minute session limit. Select bodyweight, dumbbells, barbells, machines, resistance bands, or kettlebells. The exercise library is filtered by your equipment and exclusions. Patterns without an available exercise are skipped.
The base workout generator uses rules, not an AI call. Your equipment, experience, schedule, and time change the routine; changing the goal alone can leave the initial routine unchanged. Each day lists exercises, sets, reps, rest, instructions, and an estimated duration. You can swap a movement, mark completed entries, copy a day or week, and print your plan.
AI adjustments propose changes to one day. Review the differences before applying, cancel a proposal, or undo the most recent applied change. Completed entries stay protected. Your latest plan saves in this browser; free sign-in enables account sync. Dedicated PDF export and version history are not included. The tool does not assess technique or prescribe weights.
